The #1 Reduced Pesticide, Organic-Based Lawn Care Program In Berkeley Heights, New Providence, Summit & Nearby Areas
Create a vibrant lawn without stressing yourself or the environment with our Nature’s Way Reduced Pesticide Lawn Care Program.
This environmentally-friendly lawn care program allows you to bring your lawn to life while greatly reducing the number of pesticides and synthetic fertilizers used. (Restricted use pesticides are never used) This progressive option consists of six routine visits during which high-quality, slow-release organic-based fertilizers and soil conditioners are applied to your lawn for color, thickness, and strong roots. Treatments that will reduce outbreaks of crabgrass, weeds, and nutsedge are only applied on the first three visits, then the remaining 3 visits are pesticide-free.
Natures Way Reduced Pesticide Program Includes:
Free Soil and pH test for New Customers ($60 Value). Many times, your soil can be deficient in important basic nutrients or even worse have excesses, therefore we provide new clients with a free soil analysis. Then if needed, we will apply a (no charge) custom application to correct any basic nutrient problems. Soil pH is also very important to grow a healthy lawn, we will make (additional cost) no obligation recommendations to correct this if any serious problems are found. Then any one of our programs will maintain the proper soil pH level going forward.
Early Spring - We fertilize your lawn with our special balanced organic-based early spring fertilizer. This will give your lawn a green up and then provide a consistent delivery of nutrients for optimum turf health and beauty. Additionally, we apply a preventative crabgrass treatment to protect your lawn from summertime crabgrass and apply spot weed control to address any post-emergent weed growth.
Spring - We now apply a balanced, slow release fertilizer application that provides your lawn with vital nutrients plus micronutrients, soil conditioning beneficial bacteria, and helpful humates for strong roots. Additional spot weed control is applied to any emerged weeds.
Early Summer - At this time of the year, our experts apply our balanced, slow release organic-based fertilizer. Additionally, we spot treat as needed with post-emergent crabgrass control, nutsedge control, and weed control as required.
* At this time consider an additional application of guaranteed grub preventer plus surface insect control or your lawn will be at risk. We can not be held responsible for grub or insect damage if you do not have this preventive treatment as part of your program.
Late Summer - Non-Pesticide Application of balanced, 100% organic fertilizer plus tri-force soil conditioner. This application boosts your lawn and soil with plenty of beneficial nutrients that help strengthen it to better withstand summer heat stress, insects and disease. Our lawn technicians will also inspect your lawn for grubs that start to feed on your lawns root system at this time of year.
Fall - Non-Pesticide Application - We prepare your lawn for fall-winter with our balanced, gradually-released fertilizer application that provides your lawn and soil with important micronutrients ensuring that your lawn enters the late fall-winter in the best possible condition. Again our lawn technicians will inspect your lawn for grubs that feed on your lawns root system at this time of year.
Fall - Non-Pesticide Application -This limestone pro-mix application provides vital nutrients and minerals such as calcium and micronutrients that help to maintain a balanced soil pH level and create optimal soil conditions.
* This 6th application is applied together with our 5th visit. Therefore, a double billing will occur at that time.
